This 6 Week Bootcamp is designed to give you all the tools you need to make a fresh start- or take your existing training to a new level!
This Bootcamp will not only help you get on track, stay accountable, and get leaner, stronger and fitter, it will also provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge. CrossFit can be intimidating to start- especially if you’re thrown into a class with a bunch of people who are more experienced. We designed this Challenge to help you stay focused, get results and finish with CONFIDENCE.
18 Sessions over this 6-Week Bootcamp will guide you through bodyweight only workouts, then progress to weightlifting using sensible progressions. Our exclusive program will be sent to you through your custom phone app, so even on the days you aren’t at the gym, you’ll be getting valuable information on nutrition, recovery, flexibility and more!
As soon as you register, you’ll also receive a 150 page PDF version of our Paleo Nutrition 6-week meal plan. It is complete with recipes, schedules, and shopping lists if you really want to dial it in. If you prefer to learn about the “why” of sensible nutrition and just apply it to your own style, the first half of the book covers that too!

Indian Clubs are unique in their ability to promote shoulder, elbow, and wrist health. They provide a thoughtful, meditative practice, and at more advanced levels, Indian Clubs are demanding of strength and stamina from even the most advanced athletes.
This 6-Sessions course is intended to equip students with the fundamentals of the ancient art of Indian Clubs. We will cover safety, warm-ups, practice strategies, and all of the foundational movements of Indian Club Swinging. Only light-weight clubs will be used in this workshop.
Successful completion of the course will enable you to have a foundation enough to continue a rewarding practice on your own, or plan meet-ups with your fellow students for independent practice.
This is a stand-alone course designed to teach you all you need to start a life-long practice.
Successful completion of this course is a prerequisite for attending our Intermediate Indian Clubs and Mace course coming this Spring.
