I have been involved in athletics my whole life. I have been an avid equestrian since I was 8 years old, played DII Lacrosse in college and played 4 years of women’s full-contact football in Portland with the Portland Fighting Fillies (now the Fighting Shockwave). I found CrossFit in 2011 when I came to CrossFit503 looking for help with my strength and conditioning for football. My training led me to become an associate coach and get my CF-L1 certification. CrossFit challenges me in ways no other sport has and even after 6 years, I am still humbled by how much room I have to grow. I continue to progress both as a coach and athlete, with emphasis on competition training.
As a coach, I want my clients to put their trust in me to help them set and execute their fitness goals. I feel nothing but joy as I see client’s progress and feel privileged to have been a part of their process. I truly enjoy being able to impact people’s health in a positive manner.
